Sunroof slides, but doesn't close shut
1990 Crx Si
When I slide it back it works, slide it forward no problem, but when I try shutting
it, the sunroof doesnt shut ! (stays in tilt position)
The sunroof used to work, but now it doesnt.
The switch is 2 months old !
It cant be a relay since the sunroof slides back and forth....
what can it be ??? HELP

relay? its behind the main fuse box. My roof would tilt but not slip unless u kept on pressing the switch. Swapped relays and now works perfect

check the white plastic pieces that lift the sunroof. they break all the time. mine was doing the same thing. turns out that one broke and the other the screw fell out. i put the screw back in the one side and could get the other side to stay up it i punched the sunroof from the inside. the i couldn't get the broken side to go down so i would keep a steak knife in the drivers door pocket to shut the broken side.
second pic down is what im talking about.

i have this problem. cause someone broke in threw my sun roof.
do this i have to do this every time
take your car keys. you see where the rails are. Stick your keys pushign down on it while lifting up on the sunroof slightly it should just shut then. you might have to do it on both sides.
