ok im lost here what are those purple clamps? i seen them alot now. is there play in them or like a vband someone fill me in please

wiggens clamps. . military spec fluid/air clamps. almost like vband. but way better. they have orings and up to 5 degrees of adjustment.
just the clamp set alone is 200$ for 1 connection. ( not a pair. but 1 connection!)
