Brake piston sizes for Spoon calipers and rear ITR calipers?

brake Piston sizes?
Doses anyone know what the Diameter of the pistons is on spoon calipers?
Also need to know the diameter of of the rear piston on a type R.
I have them but do not have a tool for measuring.
Reason is I need to know this to know which bore size to get for a dual tilton master cylinder setup. (Doubt I will do it but this info would allow them to give me a quote.)
