Also if you know how to read Dyno results, and know how to use your Hondata or whatever system you are using, can you save money and tune the car yourself at the DYNO's?

 

yes you can tune your own car and save some $. tuning is like 125 per hour depending where you go, assuming you already have the software

 

Your best bet is to call your area tuning shops and ask them. Every business is different.

 

around here, dyno runs can be from 40-60 bucks for 3 runs
and tuning varies from 100-150 an hour

 

$150 is pretty normal... We charge usually about $400-$500 depending how much is involved in tuning your car. Also depends how much you want done...
