Battery relocation questions??

Default Battery relocation questions??

Anybody ever done a battery relocation yourself?? I just dont like the idea of drilling a hole through my firewall....About how long does this process take?? Is it hard or am i just making a big deal out of it???

I have. You can just run the wire through the factory grommet thats already there. Its not a big deal at all.

if you do what i did, then there is no drilling, except for the hold-down bars in the trunk for the box. you can run the positive battery cable in through the fender where all the other lines go through, and then come in through the inside under the dash and run it under the carpet all the way to the trunk, under the rear seat and to the battery. then just ground the negative to the trunk like the other guy did. if you pull off the passenger side front fender you will see all the wires that i am referring to. just use those holes. good luck.
