you cant go wrong with GE or Bensons. it just comes down to how much you want to spend on your project....

get the basics....

sleeves/rods/pistons

valves/springs/retainers

thats a good starting point.

we have been putting our Golden Eagle sleeved B series engines through a shiton of abuse and never had a problem with them.

It is not going to be that easy, but good luck! All of the teams, that went in the 9s, had a a lot of research and development. It is not as easy as it seems, unless you car weighs 1300 lbs

Hello i heart that b series is better to built on boost.
Can anyone say me what i should do.
We dont have civics here with b18 only with b16.
I would by a fast car from the state but i dont find anyone is perfekt to import.
Search for a civic eg or ek with b18 (i can be built on high whp boost)

If you want a motor that will take you to the 9 second barrier it wont be cheap. Dave is sending you a email now.

We can do it for you, but it will be with the help of IPS. If anybody knows how to run 9's and get the most power outta a k-series its Ron.

doesnt matter if its B18C or K20/24. If you want make low ET's you have to prepare chassis, suspension, tranny and have a lot of knowledge and make a lot of dynos, track tests etc. Only $$ wont bring you 9's.

If you are paying for the block to get done it may cost that much but if you do the building of the block it comes out to be cheaper! It all depends how far your willing to go.
