is my ecu fried help me

ok so i just did a head swap and it wont start thinking its my ecu now cause my injector are not spraying any help thanks

ps new coil,injectors,all tdc cams lined,new battery

is problably something loose or unplug

nothing loose or unpluged and the cel light comes on then go off after i try to crank my car
