definatly should always keep a spare and jack in the car. then when you race just set it down in the pit area.
seats, jack, spare, carpet, sound deadoning, roof liner, door panels, all plastic crap on sides of trunk, speakers, center console, motor on driver seat (if you have EX), A/C, P/S, cruise control, "swiss cheese" da bumpers, lexan windows/sun roof.
there is much more im sure, thats just off the top-o-the head.

I'd rather add a turbo than lose all the nice ammenities
Everything stays (especially the spare). Get lighter rims, lose the bass box, and a carbon fiber hood. Not to mention, lose some of your OWN weight... like if you weigh more than 240 go on a diet ... hahaha... that's another 60-70 right there + about 50 or 60 for the hood. heheheh maybe 10 or so for the rims.

well I had some parts out of the car so I weighed them, these are pretty accurate;
passenger seat=#45
back seat cushion=#13
back seat upright and trunk carpet=#28
tar and sound deadining for passenger compartment=#22

i was a fatass, i lost all my tubby goodness through anorexia (which works AWESOME!!) and my car is still slow. I have determined that the accord needs to shape up.
