so i have started to notice that while my car is on idling, oil sputters out of the tailpipe. not a whole lot but you can notice it if you sit and what it gather up after like 5-10 min. it does also smell like my car is burning oil. i think it might be bad. and suggestions about what it might be???

about 220,000 miles!!! EEEEEEEEKKKKKKK!!

 

well. hight milage doasentmean that ur engine is crap. but if it only does it when it gets hot then that meants that is not ur valve seals , but your rings arent sealing properly anymore. do you get a lot of blue smoke with it, and do you notice that your oil level is going down fast?
