i swapped a d15b vtec into my 89 si, the previous owner took the bulb out for the check engine light, so today i put a bulb in the hole that was for the brake light and see what codes i might have . so anyways i got a code 41 for oxygen sensor heater...my question is what could be the problem i have a brand new oxygen sensor from rywire along with a chipped p28 ecu.so i know i dont have anything wired funky and i have all new parts..could a catlylitic converter cause this code ?also is the oxygen sensor in the exhaust manifold on a d16z6? im kind confused cause everything is new

 

come on guys, anyone have any problems with a brand new 4 wire o2 sensor
