We already have our H22 crx so we will show case the other engine either F22 vtec or F23 vtec with our motor mount kit. (Big Block SOHC)
Past mint EF experience:

Not to rain on your parade, but I doubt EVERYTHING in the engine bay is new. somebody would be an IDIOT to pay dealer prices for all that stuff.
It's probably just been kept really well. An engine bay detail can also do wonders. All the stickers in the engine bay in my car look brand new, and they're certainly not.
Nice looking car.

you'd be surprised. when i worked for honda, small car dealers would buy these cars for cheap at the auctions, go to honda and buy a lot of new OEM parts, and still sell it for a decent profit.

Looks like a very nice hatch. I would not to an F in the car but I am also not the titled owner so good luck on your endeavor. And if your business is to show off your mounts and stuff then go for it.

Wouldn't a sunroof work properly on a "mint" vehicle?

Somebody went in there and bought ALL new plastic for the engine bay on this car car? I doubt it. Enough new stuff for a brand new motor!? And they paid dealer prices? Anybody that flips these cars knows how popular they are and how easy these kinds of parts are to find. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but they wouldn't be wasting their profit dollars on these parts. MAYBE on a distributor, because some people just refuse to go aftermarket on those kinds of parts. I've seen those guys come into my work and refuse to buy any kind of aftermarket part, so I know they exist.
If that car really does have all that new stuff in the engine bay, I can't imagine what kind of horrible profit they settled for!
