**EDIT**
There was a crash is SS/PA - car hit the wall headon. Apparently some fluid got under the wheels and he went into the wall
The driver is ok, and the car is alittle beat up.
Will post more when details come in.

Teh car belongs to Adam Drake. The driver is ok, and the car is fixable. There's some front end damage but it'll all be fixed and ready to rock soon! I was just glad to hear that Adam made it out ok.

I think you might have seen this car at Nopi NY.

Paul Bhawan and I ended up splitting the pot as the event was unable to continue and we were paired for the final round.
Paul's best was a 9.9x spinning down the track, and my best was a 10.3x which was my 6th pass ever in the car.
Fun day.. FWD is different, but a lot of fun!

Now turn up the boost and have some fun!!

Yeah... That was just a low boost tune on a piston/rod (Everything else stock) motor. John just wanted me to get used to the car, and get it out there. The 10.39 pass was great, and I short shifted 1-2 and missed 4th. Doh! 60ft was also very bad. Motor has 515 hp, and I'm sure it could go low 10s, high 9s with the setup. Too bad we will probably never find out. This turbo still has another 10psi to go, nevermind we may install a GT42R over the winter.

Yeah, the car stalled after the burnout and the starter wire got loose. We got DQ (on a byerun!!) but were allowed to do a test pass. Thanks to Kevin@CSCS for letting us do a test pass!!!!! You da man!
But the track was scary, so they closed it shortly after our test pass.
We managed a 9.19@159 which was the quickest and fastest pass of the day. Car was having ignition problems earlier in the day when there was traction, so no 8 second pass this year. We tried again today at our local track, but 2nd gear was useless (spin, spin, spin) and we did 3 9.2x@162-163MPH passes.
Next year we want to have a reliable and consistant mid-high 8 seconds car and make all the CSCS events. See you next year!!

Why don't you guys come down to Norwalk, OH for the NDRA finals... best track conditions anywhere... just ask frenchy or any other Canadians that have raced there.
details on here or nopi.com it's about a 5 hour drive from Toronto, or about 9 hours from MTL..
I am sure you can caravan with some of the Toronto racers going down for the event.
