Why when I run a search using "Chicago" This thread doesn't show up? Is there some setting in my mozilla that needs to be changed?

Thanks for the support. I kept my car looking stock just to help prevent it from getting stolen. I have to try to get a hold of the other 2 guys that got their integras jacked in this area, maybe they have some tips as to where to look. What I would give to catch the theif/theives in the act.
The sticker on the rear quater glass says SIU ATO stands for automotive technology organization. I'm an ASE Master Certified Mechanic. I put in my time and money into the car. The engine was replaced with a newer OBD2 longblock from a 97 LS in May. I'll be looking out for anyone trying to sell parts. I forgot to mention that even though I took the turbo off, I still had a PLX wideband M300, Autometer boost, and EGT gauge in the cluster, Silver AEM fuel pressure regulator, Comptech rear sway/tie bar combo, the front intercooler was left on for when I put the turbo back on.
They probably thought it was still turbo maybe? Good luck with the find man, but I hope all the fuckingg car theives get gatted in the face this year. Thats all
Dang sorry for your loss
Hope it turns up. This IS getting old. GPS security and/or LoJack Early Warning System everyone. At least there might be a better chance for sweet justice if it is found. That part to me would be priceless.
Good luck! Hope you thieves fall flat on your face. Need local governments to get some money for bait cars (www.baitcar.com).

Sorry no Anti-theft devices. They probably did think it was still turbo. I forget to mention I had a greddy silver turbo timer and an all aluminum radiator from coolradiator.com. Like I said you would never think anything was done to it. I was even running stock exhaust. I wanted to hide a fuel pump kill switch somewhere, but I never got around doing it since I don't have my tools with me in Chicago. Thanks for the help guys. Just another hard lesson learned. I was working on trying to get my 90 civic hatch running to drive daily, but it obviously didn't happen in time.

I'm not asking for your sympathy nor any character judgement about me. Just trying to spread the word. BTW I hate car alarms and my Integra was going to be in a safe place by the end of the month. I knew the risk, took my chances and lost. Don't bust my ***** for it.
AoiGSR That baitcar.com is pretty cool. If I would have known about that, I might have tried to volunteer my car for such a good cause.

hey tegmaniac did you buy a distributor or ecu from me couple monthes back? i remember meeting another gray 94 integra at walgreens looking just like that but not sure if it was you. Your car looks just like mines with the spoiler and the hubcaps just alot better condition. now i'm getting more scared about my car cause it's turboed but i've sprayed my intercooler flat black with a grill in front so it blends in very well with the bumper grill.
i'm not sure if you know Jeff at UIC that had his GSR stolen around May https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1615234. He's my boy from grammar school and his car ended up around Augusta and Kedzie i believe. it was stripped down to the bone.
to be honest if the cops or anyone haven't found this car by now it should be stripped already. i work at top speed so we do have customers coming in asking us to look out for parts and stuff. from what the customer's told me the best way to find a stolen car back is to not talk about it directly from you nor post anything up online about finding a car. cause once they know your on the hunt down for them they wouldn't even give you the car back even if it's a $10k reward cause you scared them off already. best is to have a couple of trusted friends help you spread the words asking around for your car and offering a good reward (a good amount like $1-2k depending on car but nothing to crazy). then the person will notice that the $1-2k might be even a better deal then going through all the work to chop the car, trash the parts, and steal the parts. once the person tells your friend or friend's friend that "he can find the car back for $1-2k (aka he probably has it in his garage" then tell them yes i have cash on hand. once they delivered you the car and ask you for the $1-2k, you can start lowballing them now cause is right in front of you or beat the living **** out of them.
i think he will kill me if he finds out that i posted this pix up but i think he wouldn't want to know that another teg buddy's car got stolen.

quoted by a friend "Thats gotta be one of the most depressing pictures I've ever seen."
BTW newest alarm sytem with a built in 1.5" camera that turns on when the alarm is triggered. you can view the inside of your car. camera is about the size of a nickel.
