wus up yall i got a 93 integra and the fan wont turn on, just had a lil tune up, my friend says is the water pump that is brokeing but im not sure so im gong to ask yall the car havent over heat yet because i havent had the time to drive really far but what do yall think

 

does the temp gauge go past the halfway point?

 

first, which fan are you talking about? Second, if it is the cooling fan and not the fan for the a/c, then sometimes it wont turn on if the motor doesnt get hot enough.. If the cooling fan isnt working at all, check the fan relays, they crap out alot.

 

is the fan that help cool down the motor when is hot, but it hasnt over heated on me yet just bought the car from a lady that never did any work to it. so how can u tell if the water pump dont work

 

thermostat buddy. the computer isnt sensing any warm water cuz the thermo isnt openng so its makin the fans stay off cuse it thinks the water is cold. change ur thermostat

 

Well, Warm your car up and feel if both the hoses are hot. Jump your fan with a 12v source and see if it turns on. If it doesn then its broken. If it does turn on it is your relay.
