Default door speaker goes out?

my right door speaker keeps going out. it stops playing all together. and then some times my left door speaker will go out too. it started happening after i rolled my passanger window down. (power windows) so i was wondering if anybody has ever had this happen to them before. like...
could it be a short in my passanger side door harness? or in the harness that goes into the back of my head unit? or maybe water got on the harness and shorted it out? any guesses?
situation:
my right door speaker will go out. and only the left one will play. then i cut the car off and cut it back on and neither of them play. then ill pull the head unit out and unplug the harness and plug it back up but the right one will still not play then ill be going down the road and it will just start playing again..? weird.

Check your speaker wiring in the door. Sounds like the glass is hitting it and breaking the connection or shorting it out.
