Default first time on the track with the GS....1/8

97 integra GS i/h/e, a/c, p/s, full interior, 1/2 tank of gas, stock shitty 14's tires...

reaction 0.668
60 ft 2.532
mph 65.98
et 10.581

reaction 0.697
60 ft 2.500
mph 66.27
et 10.551

ive only raced this car once...and i was really disappointed...i was expecting to be in high 9's....

ok my next mods will be apexi n1 (i have a universal exhaust right now), and crower 402 cams...do u think with those 2 mods i can reach 9's ???

Non V-Tec right, I dont know, maybe traction and few bolt -ons and you should be alright. Get Slicks and few bolt-ons Header, intake, exhaust, easy stuff like that first.

yea non vtec.....and i already have exhaust, intake, and headers...

i agree with NSXMATT. even if he had slicks that thing isnt producing enough power. more likely to bog than anything on slickity slicks. buy a VTEC head and the GE LSVTEC conversion and run 9s no problem. save buying that other stuff and having a questionable idle.

im not doing a ls/vtec setup...my goals r to make a really fast b18b n/a motor..ive heard really bad comments from ls-vtec owners...and the other thing is that i dont know any shops around here that would make that setup...im in oceanside

good luck making that 2600lb car go fast without huge radical cams, radical headwork and a complete overhaul of the bottom end.
im anti boost but heavy cars need boost, light cars stay NA. your car falls in the heavy category.

ok i said it wrong lol.....n/a i meant no boost,,,but i already have a nitrous sistem waiting to be installed..
