Default Need Help..NE1 dealt with CEL codes 71-74 (cylinder misfires)

Recently my R has been throwing code 72 (misfire cyl 2),and idleing kinda wierd. It would drop from 1100rpm's at warm up, to about 650rpm where it seemed to almost turn off,it(engine) also has a shake to it at idle, like it's choking.

Took it to the dealer and they couldn't figure out why it was throwing the code

So to start, I replace plugs, wires and a new cap and rotor at only 17,300 miles and reset the ecu.

A day passes by without the CEL coming on,which is great The idle seems to be more to normal, steady at 850-900rpm's and up to 1100 w/fan, but still has a little shake to it, but not as much as before so I'm kinda happy I thought the problem is fixed.

Till the next morning, I start my car,let it warm up for a bit, dump the clutch hit the gas and then poof! CEL

So I check the code to see if it's still the same (72)but to my luck it's not!
It's code 71 now

So should I take it to the dealer and hope I get help or has anyone gone through this and have any hints to resolve this. I'm hoping to get this fixed before our drive to the EXPO.

Any help would be appreciated

What (else) have you done to the car, ... recently?

I'm pretty sure the guys with Toda B's get this all the time.

Nothing

It's pretty much stock for now, (awaiting JDM header and cat from IPS) , sold my AEM and replaced it with the K&N drop-in, sold my GREDDY EVO and replaced it with the stock exhaust.

wierd, right?

yeah, weird.

Get's me wondering what kind of codes I'd be throwing if my Mugen computer was able to light the CEL.
BTW -- I drove across the country with the CEL lit up on the stock computer.
Never checked the code though, figured it was for no Cat-conv.
