Rims for 03 v6 accord coupe?
Im in the market for some rims for my girl's accord. What is a good size and offset for rims and a good tire size for the accord? Pictures would be nice!

A good economy choice would be the takeoff TL wheels. They are 17x8 +45 and are usually available quite cheaply because TL owners take them off for aftermarket wheels or the A Spec wheels.
These wheels on my 2006 Coupe only cost $400. The Honda "H" on my old wheels plugged into the Acura wheels perfectly.

They are a little tight in the rear with 235-45-17 and the combination of wheel and tyre is about the biggest you'd want, IMHO.

It has an HFP suspension. It's not much lower. HFP does not require a camber kit, although if you want the car to rotate faster you might want more camber on the front.

do you think an 18x8 with a 45+ offset with some 225/40/18 tires be to big on an accord equipped with h-techs? We have the stock 16's on the car right now with a 3 finger gap in the front and 2 in the back. I seen a picture of this accord on 19's

Whats your take on 19's?

I think your suggestion would probably work, but it'd be at the edge of reason.
I think 19's look fine on 7 Gen, although those wheels look a little heavy.
Remember you've got to buy tyres for these things, and the bigger the diameter the costlier replacement tyres are likely to be.

Tires cost a pretty penny. 19's are not ptractical for me. 18's are more affordable from what I can see. 17's like you pointed out are the most cost effective. I'll post up pics of the accord when I get some rims. btw what offset are your whels?
