Default B16/gsr swap...

Ok i just got done with my head swap...

Set up....
B16a botom end
Gsr top end
B16 intake came
GSR exost came

OK every thing rune ok... besides needing a better ecu so vtec has more fule.. (JDM PR3) when it is cold my idle pulses 500 to 800... i am useing the b16 iac and gsr cold car idle controle... (i dont know what it is called but the ting that coolent runs though so the car idle is not f ed up on cold start)

Now the head is obd2 and the car and the block is obd1...

now looking at te gsr iac it looks like te screan is on the opiset hole then the b16 one will tat make a diff... any thoughs

Your ECU is for a 1.6l. You have a 1.6l.

Rephrase your other questions. You'll get more help.

The "i dont know what it is called but the ting that coolent runs though so the car idle is not f ed up on cold start" is called the Fast Idle Thermo Valve (a.k.a. FIT valve). I don't think it will help with the surging, it mainly helps the engine warm up faster.

You may have a leak somewhere. Or one of your sensors may be jacked.
