They're not free, unless I missed a "free version" somewhere. If you're gonna pay, then there is an excellent instructional dvd and for cheaper here: http://www.caraudiohelp.com/ho...s.htm
They have 2 videos for fiberglass work. I'd recommend to get both since you get a discount that way. I bought it myself and it had all I needed to start and finish with fiberglass. Of course there are TONS of fiberglass info on the net (just search, man), but it's much better to see it in action.
