Length of the resonator on Hytech/Mugen twinloop setups...how long?
For those of you guys running twin loop exhausts:
1) How long is/are your resonator/resonators?
2) Are you running a cat?
3) How does it compare to stock?
It seems that most of the discussion is on chambered exhausts, I just wonder what the straight through/looped setups require.

I don't know how long it is... but I can tell you that with a 1" drop on the car I'm more worried about how low it sits then its length.

Don't know the length either, but you can see roughly how long it is here. Its about the same length as the Mugen one, though maybe slightly longer.
Thanks! I was looking for this one thread that had very detailed pictures, but I couldn't find it. I think your picture above was from that thread.
Anyways, the resonator looks to be pretty short, definitely not 22". It looks to be under 18" as well from what I see.

The resonator on my Hytech is 14 inches.
I'm running the Renault cat that Hytech sells.
It's nice and quiet, the way I like it. At idle, it's even quieter than the Apexi WS I use to have. Not as quiet as stock, of course.
What do you mean by "require"?

By "require" I was asking what length resonator would yield somewhat of a stock-sounding exhaust. We have enough of the cat/resonator-less n1 folks in my part of town.
Thanks for the pics btw.

It wouldn't hurt performance at all if you wanted to go with the largest resonator you can find. The longest resonator magnaflow makes is up around 26 or 28 inches. http://www.magnaflow.com

I'm not so worried about the performance aspect, it's just the cops
