i did put it at tdc but my cranks dont have the white marks just arrows which is hard to line up
there should be two little holes on the cams
you should bo able to put two little screwdrivers in the holes
or go buy the actual tool from honda don't know what it is called.

I think they call them 8mm dowel pins, but I use drill bits. The crank pulley has a white notch on it, look with a bright light, you will see it. There will be three other notches just to the left of it, and those are used later when you use a timing light on the pulley.
Line the white crank pulley line up to the lower cover pointer and have the cams set at TDC with the holes on the cams pointing up thru the cam holders. Then with the pins holding the cams straight, install the belt beginning on the exhaust cam, then the intake cam. It is a challenge to get it right the first time, but with practice you will see how it can be done. The tension from the valve springs on the cams also add a degree of difficulty.
Also only spin the crank counter clockwise three teeth observed on the cams after you install the belt to tension the belt and tighten the tensionor back up.
