After months and months of searching for the older rectangular set of OEM fogs for the ED/EF Civic I finally found a set on Ebay for roughly $350.
That was too rich for my blood so I went down to my local Wal Mart and found a nice set with similar rectangular lights for $21. They are clear and came with all the mounting hardware and wiring. The install took a while because my brother and I had to cut the bumper holes out and also cut holes in the face mask.
Here is how it came out(yes, i know the headlights suck and I am currently hunting down a clean oem set)

I know many will say that the mask looks like crap but trust me, my bumper looks really bad and is covered with rock chips galore. The mask has helped quite a bit but I have to keep up with it after every wash.
I'll post more pics of the install process incase some of you are interested in doing it. It was easier than I thought it would be and thanks to the adjustable height brackets that came with the lights I was able to set them just how I wanted them.
If anyone has any questions on them let me know. My wife threw away the empty fog light box so I don't remember the brand. Not sure how these would look on a 90-91 CRX bumper but I would guess they would look great on an 88-89 CRX bumper or 88-91 Civic bumper

Well, you know how there is that underside of the bumper where the lip mounts onto....the brackets were screwed onto that. The brackets were shaped like this
l__l
The fogs slide into them and have adjusting screws on them so you can slide them up or down and even adjust the angle.
They just lit up the road alot more. The projectors that the previous owner had installed are very bad. These fogs will help til I get a nice set of oems.

I thought about it, but I may keep them clear since I have clear corners and clear turn signals on the bumper. I could just get an amber bulb set, no?
Here are the JDM ones I wanted but damn were they expensive

I am looking around online right now for the brand. Couldnt find them on Wal Marts or Auto Zones websites.
I had some yellow square lookin ones for the CRX but I never mounted them. I ended up selling them.

that's not a fog light. this, now. this is a fog light:

of course, somebody backed into me this week (at a stoplight, no less) so i can't take any pics of it on...

buggered up my hood and killed my driving light. the fog is o.k., but i unplugged the circut to avoid any bad shorts (until i can get a new light and get behind the bumper to check the wiring). think i'm going to replace the smashed one with a Hella Rallye 4000 CompactXenon. it's about the same size (little deeper and not as large in diameter), but a heck of a lot brighter...

not really.
the fog light (not smashed, on the driver's side) is over 20 years old - this is actually the fourth (fifth?) car i've had it on. used to have three, but they got smashed in various incidents over the years.
what it is is a 7" Lucas 20/20 fog lamp - back in the 70's, these lamps were standard fitment for many top-level rally teams. the reflector and lens quality is so good, it's almost scary. the beam pattern has the sharpest cut-off you've ever seen. and a 7" lamp throws enough light that one is more than enough - the dead lamp was a Hella Rallye driving lamp (Euro beam pattern) that came on with the high beams. the insurance company is going to crap when the replacement estimate for the lamp runs more than the estimate for the bonnet.
if any of you ever experienced real quality auxiliary lights, you'd never even look at that APC (or similar) crap again. just "beauty lights" is all they are.
as for having two more, i wish i had pics of my Mazda; i really had an '86 626GT with four auxiliary lights on the front - two upright on top of the bumper and two pendant below. freaking awesome to drive at night...
