Maybe, but isn't the plumbing from the cat to the muffler pretty much the same as stock? I don't see the benefit from this product if that's the case.

I also don't like the ambiguous advertising of "mega power" and "dyno proven" and the name dropping of materials like "T-304" which just means Type 304 steel. 304 is the cheapest stainless you can buy anyway that comes in that form. It's also the same thing as 18-8 stainless like your forks and knives.

Well, no... at least not in this case, and not necessarily in a good way. This exhaust uses 60 mm diameter piping. Stock is supposedly 42.7 mm. This is a big increase. Skunk2 recommends this exhaust for modified engines (like cams or forced induction). According to Skunk2's site, they're working on a 50 mm version... I'd wait for that unless I planned to do more serious engine work.

Can Skunk make a version with World Sport style canisters for a mild exhaust note? These look closer to N1 style which suggests that they sound like LOUD fart cans.
