throw out bearing question????
do you grease a throwout bearing when installing if heard yes pack the **** out of it and i have heard no it will spin grease onto the clutch disk!!!

Any kinda greese will do really :-\ Just don't overload it and it won't get flung onto the disc - nice thing smooth coat on the shaft.

Don't grease the bearing, just the shaft.

i kno this is a little late but if you haven't done sooo yet don't use motor oil it. Use a grease called white lithiem grease thats what you should spray on the shaft
