Today I've personally came in contact with a potential car thief on campus. He wasn't trying to steal my car today but instead, just parked his car next to my and waited until I showed up. Once I opened my door, he jumped out of his car and started asking, "what have you done to your car and what do you haver" and started looking inside my car as I opened my door. The guy is slick. A young asian kid pretend to wait to pick someone up from school but he's actually looking for prey. He gave me the excuse that he has a GSR and he wants to see what he can do to it so he's asking people for ideas. Could be true but this guy is just asking/acting funny from time to time and I don't like some of the questions he asked. I mean, what the ***** you ask people questions about modding your car out in the open like this anyways? He has the guts to tell me there are other ITR on this campus with this mods, that mods and he knows exactly where the car is parked once on campus. Looks like he spotted my today and is trying to find out my class schedule so he knows when to do his thing. What a dick.

I wish I did. But then again, he will probably say no. I got his cellphone so I'll see if he's willing to take a picture and post for my car... hahahah

 

damn that sucks. It bothers me that people get so jealous and have to take advantage of people who have to work for their stuff. Ive had a few run ins with my car and the only advice from me to you is be careful. Your car is always replpaceable, but your life isnt. Some of these dumb kids do stupid things.

 

No chit.. I'm "packing" for school next time..
It's either that or I'll take my beater.. But ****, I only drive my R once a week to school and this **** still happens.. Pissing me off man.

Fugg thieves, don't drive the R for a while, and if you do, find a spot that you can see the car but no one can see you. That way, when he moves in for the kill, you can suprise him, with the police and a 9mm.

 

dude I would rather drive my beater than have someone steal my car. I don't care what people say when I drive a beater cause I know I still have my civic.

 

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been driving my beater for the ever and I rarely take the R to school. I've been attending this campus since last September and the number of times I drove my R there is only a handfull.. But it finally happened today. They have finally spotted another prey. Took them long enough but they finally did. This is sad because I love driving my R to school due to this stretch of curvy road before arriving on campus. The beater is just crap and I'm sick of people passing me on that road.

 

sounds like beater has to be your only ride to the campus.

maybe get a faster beater... there are a lot of "fast" cars you can get for $3,000, if you look at some Fords, Chevy's, etc.

 

I'm going FI on that beater and blow everyone away including my self..

 

hahaha thats funny, but thats meesed up that you can't enjoy your car because someone steals it. Good thing I live in the midwest where everybody jocks rice and not the west coast where every car with an gets jacked especially if it has an exhaust or something remotely high performance. I say everybody in the west coast should wire bombs w/ a switch and if they try to steal it, boooommm. j/k good luck man

Man, carefull there RP. Next time talk to him and ask him to show you his stuff, and act shady towards him instead...

 

He told me his GSR is having all kinds of electrical problem and ECU is shooting out error codes so he's trying to get the car fixed. I'll ask his punk *** to bring his GSR and see if he's telling the truth. Regardless, I still don't trust him because he made a fatal mistake. The first thing he did was sticking his "dick head" inside my car after I opened my door. I was about to slap him in the back if he didn't "pull" it out fast enough.
