Welding place/table/bench
I'm trying to redo my welding table, currently it is all made out of wood with a stainless steel sheet on top, it looks super ghetto and I want to redo it. I was just wondering if anybody have any pic of their welding bench/table that you could post up so I can get an idea what they actually look like.
Sorry I don't have a pic for you.
I have a scratch & dent Craftsman workbench. I basically just took some stainless and wrapped a surface that's about 2'X2'
Works nicely for what I do, and sturdy as hell.

I don't know who around here has Sam's club in their area (nationwide...yes?), but they have a stainless table 40" tall, 48"x30" or so in table top area. About the height of a kitchen table, stainless, all for 100 bucks. It's for kitchen uses, good for welding though also.

Here is a link to a couple tables I made to take around with me:
http://www.importfanatix.com/p...bum=6

3/8 3' x 2' tops
2" pipe couplings
2" pipe for the legs (adjustable depending on the height I need I just screw in a different length pipe)
2" pipe caps for the feet
1/2 pipe nipple as a ground point
Super simple and strong.
