I'm trying to find some parts to finish my car and it seems like no one makes these so i was wondering if there was any sites i could find these specifically for 90-93 accords. Or is there any way i could modify the parts and put them on my car. The parts i'm refering to are:

Extended top hats, i can only find these for civics and integras.
Second piece is a harness bar. I would like to retain the rear seats without hooking the harnesses to the rear, but i cannot find any for accords in general. If it does come down to it i might just have a local shop make one.
I'm also wondering if anyone makes axles for extremely low cars. Please don't lecture me on the "if its too low it'll handle like crap", i know i know but its just the way i want it. I'm looking for aftermarket axles that can handle the height at which im at, which is probably over 4 inches considering the oil pan is barely 1 off the ground.
And i'm curious to what a front tie bar is? ive heard this on cb7tuner.com a few times but have yet to find a picture or source. Any information is grateful.
Also do they make aftermarket universal seat brackets for 90-93 accords? i've been looking at aftermarket seats for a while and it says that all they come with is the sliders but ive heard you need the brackets too.
And is there any good sites to source out OEM accord parts. such as mudguards, front lips, replacement bolts and misc. Most of the sites in the FAQ section are dead links, and google keeps sending me to dealership sites which get confusing after the 30th page.
Thanks guys.

I don't believe anyone makes extended top hats for Accords... Or at the least, I've never seen one.
If you have a harness bar made, make sure they know the rules for SCCA, etc. Even if you don't plan to race at events, the rules exist to provide you with the most safety, and to also insure your modifications aren't dangerous in themselves.
What problems are you currently having with your axles? I'm assuming the CV joints? If so, there's really no way around it, but a set of axles with beefed-up CV joints might help a little.
In regards to seat brackets, yes, you will need them as well. Any place that sells aftermarket seats can sell you brackets as well. I've never looked at buying aftermarket seats, but I'm pretty sure that they have different brackets for different brands of seats...
OEM parts:
Majestic Honda
T.S.Auto
Honda auto parts wholesale
H and A accessories
