first suggestion is: Tell us what you are looking for when you ask a question. For example: "I plan on drag racing my car, what suspension should I use?" or "I plan on doing track events in my car, what suspension should I run?"
second suggestion: use the search function, even if it sucks.
third suggestion: The stock ITR suspension is good enough for a lot of things, just keep it stock unless you want to lower it for looks.

probably just get some spoon springs would be the most inexpensive, drops car perfect, uses stock shocks
Mike K was just telling me the Eibach Sport springs were working out well handling wise, but didn't lower the car as much as he might have thought.
