What would be the perfect drop to eliminate wheel gap on 18'????
I Got racing heart m5 evo 1peice 18' and i would like to know what would be a perfect drop on the 18's withough haveing an wheel rub but also to eliminate the wheel gap????
Yes you still will have wheel gap on 18's, it just jacks the car up!! my 18's w/ 215/35's are almost the same exact diameter as stock wheels because every inch you go up in a wheel you go w/ a smaller tire.
I have a set of Koni coilvers and I'd say my car is lowered 2 inches give a take a little. I had to grind my fenders in the back and the fenders in the were rolled in, I think it cost me like $70 bucks or so for my local shop to do it. The front wheels do rub the plastic some and they also rub when I make a U-turn but it's really not that bad. You are you worried about it and can afford it buy some adjustable coilovers or coilover sleeves like ground control or skunk. Then you can raise or lower your car to the desired height. BTW, make sure you get an alignment after you mess w/ the height, these tires already get really shitty tread wear!!
