Help with door alignment
i change my right rear door on my '90 sedan with a '92 door. The problem that i'm having is that the rear door is out of line somehow but i matched it up with the alignment line on the car.
the rear door catches on the front passenger door making the front passenger door hard to open. it catches at the top of the door. I was trying to align it for about 30min and i can't seem to find the spot. Do I need to use the '90 door hinge instead of the '92 door hinge
Any help will be appreciated

there's a possibility that ...yes, you may need the hinges of a 1990.
Why?! ...well... year to year, car companies make small changes to their vehicles, most of these changes are not noticeable until we caught up doing work like you are doing to your car. Example, 96 altima's door, car looks the same on 96 and 97, door panels look the same, but behind that, clips and wiring are actually mounted differently, making impossible to swap door panels from 96 to 97, although you could change the entire door shell.
So anyway, I can check tomorrow at work to see if the part number is exactly the same or not on the rear door hinges from 1990 to 1992. Be sure to send a PM so when I look at it... I will do it right away. Peace out...
