Default orange oregan eg w/b16/gsr head

this might not be the right forum but i couldn't figure out where it would go.

a friend of mine just bought a orange eg from oregan but doesn't know who owned it before him (no idea how he doesn't know) but it has a b16 block with a gsr head in it and the ecu is a chipped p28. i need to find out who tuned it so i can get the tune emailed so i can modify it. i asked if he knew anything about who owned it or anythign that would help find the old owner and he said "it said something like 1320?", but i thought camp1320 was in Ca .

anyways if anybody has any info on this please help out.

if it helps the sticker on the chip reads:
304 v6
9sr-s12
racing

my only advise is to get to know a local tuner or if you know any tuners get them to email you a base map and see how it runs and mod the map from there

yeah thats what i was worried about. the only bad thing is that the car runs great but he just wants the vtec and rev limiter lowered

apexi makes a couple versions of the afc that you can use to lower vtec but the rev limiter on the other hand would have to me changed in the tune
