H22 into a 98 accord hard?

H22 into a 98 accord hard?
What exactly is needed for just an engine swap? I've swapped three CRX's but never an Accord.
I'm guessing I'll need:
engine
OBD II ECU...if I can find one.....easier to go OBD-1?
I'll use my stock tranny...works fine
VSS issues if I go OBD-1? Airbag issues? Other issues? thanks.
