Default srt4 intercooler in a 92 civic hatch?

i got a srt4 intercooler today for free and i was wondering if it will fit my b16 turbo set up i have for my eg. i here you have to cut off the end tanks and get new ones. is that the only way you can use them? or can i just do some modification to the radiator support/bumper reinforcement and use some elbows to fab up the intercooler piping.

My friend got an SRT4 intercooler and got the endtanks redone.

Im not sure if you can use it without modifying the endtanks.

ive done it. we flipped it over, moved the radiator over an inch, and ran it backdoor style with the stock end tanks. fit AWESOME. we even kept the weird oval inlet on the one end tank.

so you flipped it so the end tank ports were pointing away from the motor facing front?
