Have you checked for leaks?

jack up the front end and take off the radiator cap to let air out of the cooling system. this happened to me when i put my d15b in.

check for vacuum leak, clean ur IACV, replace ur rotor, cap, plugs, wires. Start small and work from there. Search, all these things have been covered.

leak, air in the coolant system, or your IACV.

Most likely air in your coolant system, less likely your IACV, and less likely you put a dent in your intake system (vacuum).
