gsr front is the same as itr front and i have the itr rear on my teg and it is just on the edge so i assume it would be pretty close to the same on a eg because the eg and dc chasis's are identical in many ways.

I have GSR front and ITR rear (24/22). I just installed the front yesterday while the rears about 4 months ago. I haven't really tested it out since my struts are blown until I can afford new ones. But I really like how it handles so far.

you guys should look into the differences between early dc2 front bars and the late ones

i think the later 98+ use better endlinks "ball socket" and have a thicker bar

im not 100% sure on the thicker bar part tho

ive had 24mm front and 23mm rear lowered 3" on flex's and street driving and on a bsq kit. great setup for myself and never any problems or concerns with tearout. went to the mountains ever weekend for 1 year, never a problem and never felt uncontrolled in turns.

now i run 26mm front and rear and asr subframe. i only went bigger for the bling factor.

Go aftermarket adjustable if its in your price range, it'll help you dial in the car a little bit better.

Coming from another AutoX'r you want a much bar and spring rate in the back as you are comfortable with on the street, as its a PITA to get our cars to rotate at AutoX, but when you do expect to be right up with the Miatas.

400F/500R Ground Controls and Koni Yellows seems to be the hot setup for street/AutoX Hondas. Along with the ITR front and rear bars you should be able to setup the suspension to your liking with a good alignment and the dampening on the Koni's.

Depends on how hardcore you are about AutoX, the N1's are probaly fine, I don't know much about them. But if you want -the- Autocross setup for a 92-00 Civic, its gonna be the Koni/GC setup. You can setup a car without Anti Roll bars, plus it removes unsprung weight. Anti-Roll bars are more of a fine tuning step anyway, a proper setup in the first place will be loads better.

On my 94 EJ1, I have the 22mm rear ASR combo (along with the stock 21mm front), and winter/rain spring 'rates' of 400F and 375R, the setup pushes (understeers) slightly. With 450F and 500R it'd be more balanced, but nothing that would induce massive amounts of oversteer on the street; you're not going to jerk a 90 degree right hander at 40mph. Right now sweeping turns kinda scare me; throttle-lift induced oversteer is not fun on freeway offramps and onramps.

I know i'm bringing this thread back from the dead but with gsr lower control arms am I supposed to only be lookin into getting a gsr rear sway bar? will a type r rear sway bar only fit with type r LCA's? and is a beaks reinforcement kit necessary with an oem sway bar? last question, are front and rear lower tie bars the same between gsr and type r's? thanks.

the rear bar will fit but you can damage the subframe without a reinforcement for the rear with the ITR on a non ITR subframe

the subframe on the ITR was reinforced from the factory vs. gsr and lower models including civics

you really wouldn't go thicker than the GSR rear 14mm or Del Sol vtec rear IIRC is 15mm , without reinforcement
