Default Recommended parts to replace on a Z6 swap?

so i got my hands on a z6 from a 95si for my 90si but before i throw it in what parts should i be replacing on the engine itself, it has 200,000km on it (124000miles for you non metric folk)

i have some stuff in mind but id like to know what you guys think. would it be a good idea just to replace every seal and gasket that i can get my hands on?

all the stuff i will be buying will be oem.

timing belt
spark plugs and wires
cylinder head gasket set http://img.eautopartscatalog.c...H.JPG
crankshaft and camshaft seals (would they be in the head gasket set in the pic?)
clutch and flywheel (well ill resurface the flywheel)
water pump
rear main seal

anything else i should add to the list? i want to try to keep the costs down so replacing the starter, dizzy, and o2 sensor arent really an option. they were still working when the engine was pulled so i hope that they still work properly.

ill mention that ill be going obd1 as well. any help would be great! thanks

If it doesn't have too many miles on it, I'd just do this;

Head gasket
ARP head studs (might as well)
Water pump
Timing belt
Tensioner
All hoses
Resurface flywheel
New clutch
Intake manifold gasket
Throttle body gasket
Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor

If your gonna go that far doing the head gasket then do the rings, bearings and valve stem seals as well. Might as well take the time and build it right.
But too the OP, you pretty much got the basics covered.

sweet thanks for the help guys!

i plan on doing most of the work myself, but i have a small amount of experience with engine work (with a mechanic present tho). i got the service manual so it should help out a lot.
are there any parts i that i should get someone with experience to help me with?

You just rasied the cost by about $600, going with OEM Honda. This stuff wasn't for a build, it was a full tune up.
