'89' Lxi Black Box

Does anyone know what that black box is for by the right side firewall

It's almost triangular shape, about 10" x 5"

It has 5 black hoes going in it and some wires

its the vacuum box and map sensor is in there too i think, i have an lx carb and it had like fifthy vac lines but i removed all mine.There isn't much support on here for 3 geezs (3rd genaration accord).Try 3 geezs.com

Been ages since I had an LXi, but like trustnoone said, it's the vacuum control box. I THINK the map sensor is on the firewall, not positive. If it has EGR, the egr solenoid will also be in that box.
