wheel shake on acceleration. Any ideas?
I have a new B16 obd1 swap. just about everything has been replaced(new upper and lower balljoints, innovative front crossmember,K-sports, outer tierods and poly bushings and also got an alignment, the shake occurs only on take off from a dead stop or rolling start and only on the driver side, I had all four wheels rebalanced and it still happens . I also have rota GT3's, maybe I need centering rings? The shake doesnt happen when I am coasting or hitting the brakes, only on 1st and sometimes 2nd, mild to hard acceleration. Could it be defective rebuilt axle? I am lost any ideas?
I would say axel, but just in case I would try a friends set of wheels on the front and see if that fixes it.
Try some centering rings for sure.
