B16 can be done, but there is an easier option. Look into the 1st gen Integra D16A1 DOHC motor, tranny, and ecu...it'll bolt right in

The D16A1 won't bolt directly in, you still need to mod some stuff for it to work. But it is definitely one of the easiest. Here's some links for info:

D16A1 or DOHC ZC (brown-top): http://www.thezcr.com
Good 1st gen CRX site: http://www.redpepperracing.com

Good luck!

Never done one for a 1st gen CRX, but I was able to swap mine in in one night with the help of two friends, lots of Mountain Dew and a couple pizzas .

Looks really good but it's overpriced IMO, I got my 89 Si for $1000 with 136K, and there were no major defects. :2cents:

I don't know about a 1000 with no tranny. the real question is it worth it to you? how much do you have to drop into it after it's bought? just some questions to ask yourself. me and my best friend had a 87 Si hatch and I loved it.

I agree with the rest of the board. That thing is 20 years old. Think of all the problems with 20 year old women. hahaha But the real question is if it is worth it to you. Personally I'd pay no more than 1000 ( in mint ). And think about this, the car was probably given to dealership. haha if he did buy it was for like $25 bucks.
