Default does this mean a bent valve?!?!

i recently threw my timing belt, due to my crankshaft pulley coming off. finally ive found one. when i try to align the left cam gear to TDC, it wont turn all the way to TDC. the right cam does go to TDC. does this mean ive bent a valve?!?!

the only way you can really confirm it is by taking off the head and inspecting. good luck.

So the Cam basically gets stuck just before top dead center? chances are you have a bent valve.

you didn't necessarily bend a valve, although you could have - you cannot turn the camshafts if the crank is at TDC - the valves will hit the pistons - you need to have the crank at 90 degrees before TDC, then turn the cams to TDC, then turn crank to TDC and put the belt on
