why does my turbo plug have white on the tips?

Default why does my turbo plug have white on the tips?

hey guys i have a turbo civic and i was doing the normal checking for leaks etc and i came across taking out the plugs and i seen thier was white on the tips of them. is that mean not enought fuel? if someone can tell me i would appreciate it, and what i can do to make it better. i have a walbro 255 fuel pump dsm 390cc injectors and a chipped turboedit ecu.
