I love my 02 ep3, but I want those projector headlights so bad it hurts. I've read that the 04-05 lights will fit in the 02-03's with "some modification", but before I run out and buy them, I wanted to ask if anybody knows exactly what kind of modification? Is it a shape/cutting issue, or do I just need some sort of wiring piece to make it work? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. Thanks.

And they're crazy expensive. Any suggestions on a cheaper alternative to consider?

No cutting involved, just wiring.

That's the going rate for halogen projectors. However, I'd really look at locating headlights for a left-hand drive EP; the flare pattern on right-hand drive cars sends extra light towards the left. In right-hand drive countries (Japan, the UK), that's good for street signs and whatnot; here in the US, that's only good for blinding oncoming drivers.

 

I just bougth some 04-05 headlights , for my 02 ep3 .

I think I wana be fine . For the moment .

 

I know my 2004 is 5 lug, has 16 inch rims and bigger tires. Sway bar changes from 15mm to 17mm. Headlights changed, 2004-2005 come with side skirts, rear tail lights change. This is all i can think about right off the top of my head.

 

Depo projectors. The harness is the only difference. Fitment is the same.

 

Some Depo projectors come with wiring harness for the 02-03 in the box, because its different from 04-05. There was a guy on ephatch.com that shared info where he got it from, so if you want, search there cause I cant remember for sure where he got it from.

 

Yeah , everybody gets the depo's .

But. Some guy told me at nigth , the vision from the depo's it's not the best .
So I wana jump for the 04-05 headligths . With h.i.d.

 

Depos are good and looks awesome .,

In my personal opinion . I like it .

But my car it's black , and I like the black depo's ,
I goggle a picture on a black ep3 with depo's .
And I don't like the looks .

 

Im thinking about getting the depos for my silver ep3.

Why not just get type r lights?

 

There cool too , and nicer just more expensive .
