I'm not all that great with spring rate spec just yet never really changed out anythign to know how different the ride feels. I just purchased Spoon Full Spec Dampers. Im wondering what kind of spring rates am i looking at for Full Spec Spoons. I did search and found nothign but tein and GC questions. Mainly a little show at the Local Events and HIN events but also a little track *****. Any suggestions from you track guys what i sound run for dd/track?

 

Are they the Full Spec or N1's? I've got 12Kf/14Kr on my N1's. Unfortunately they are not installed yet . Email Ben @ A&J. He'll have some info on the newer Spoon dampers.

 

they are the full spec. i had a friend trnslate for me. i orderd them straigh from spoon headquarts. shipping on the other hand =$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
