So I was driving around town yesterday, driving normal with the occasional vtec. Then all the sudden my shifter seemed stuck. I was in 4th, going into neutral but it wouldn't engage to neutral. I was like stuck between 4th and neutral. I had to play with it a little to get it back to normal again. It haven't happened again since, but I am wondering if it's a problem that will occur again? This is a newly rebuilt itr tranny with a carbon 3rd gear btw. I still have to change the tranny oil soon, because it's been about a thousand miles since it's been on my car.

 

someone's gotta know... does this mean that i am just in need of an oil change?
