Ok, i just got the alaram in with remote start, we got it all wired up and the alarm works, as far as we can tell. Lights flash, horn honks, siren goes off all that jazz. BUT we cant get the remote to work, we tried programming it with no success. Any ideas?


Also - the remote came with like a 6 foot cable, id love to mount the remote int eh hatch window instead of the windoshield its just nto long enought, would there be anythign wrong with cutting the wires and sodering in extensions to be able to do this?

 

which alarm? It is a real bitch to get remote programed.
