Default Universal FPR

To install it, I'd assume you mount it to the firewall. So my question is, do I run the fuel line from where the stock FPR is to the firewall and back to the fuel rail? Or do I run new lines from the filter to the FPR to the fuel rail?

normally you'd run the line line like so..

tank -> filter -> rail -> regulator -> return to the tank.

and I dont think I'd buy one off ebay, unless its a good brand like aeromotive or barry grant or something.
