Default My B16 likes to munch belt

I have an ef hatch with a first gen b16...... was in a minor curb incident. I replaced the front lca, rear subframe/crossmember, along with other parts... Just installed a new alternator belt ( part # 25-040305) from Napa from a 92 gsr and my car ate this belt like nothing.
What could be misaligned here?
Could this be the wrong belt?
The tension was set properly, so it cant be that.
Could my pulleys be damaged from this curb incident?
Or somehow could my alt. brackets be bent/damaged?

Any insight at all will be muchly apprieciated.

I tried searching, but couldnt find anything this specific.

probably have a dent in one or both of the pullys, my alternator pully has a dent in it and it instantly shreds one rib off a new belt.... but soon i shal have a replacement...

this is going to sound stupid but i didnt make the mistake to begin with, i had a 4 rid belt on my three rib alternator, causing the belt to rip one rib off of the belt and make the belt flip over...it looked right when i replaced the belt a second time but it wasnt, this might be your problem..the solution to my problem was using a three rib belt..but it gets more complicated..i had a 4 rib crank pulley and a 3 rib alternator pulley lol..so i just use a 3 rib belt which works great!!!

IIRC when i looked at it the alternator pully had 4 ribs, who knows i'll check soon. I know it has a huge dent in it. Either way i have a CTR N1 crank pully and i'll be getting an AEM alternator pully whenever my friend brings it. Also since I didn't say this is on an OBD-0 B16A.

The alt pulley doesnt hit the wall, it was dented in for the swap. Im gonna go double check the ribs right now. What belt did you use for the 3 rib? off what car?

ok just checked the ribs, both alt and crank are 4 rib so thats not the prob. alt isnt seizing up, its wearing just on the outside edge of the belt. im starting to think its misaligned. how can I re align everything?
