2000 Civic Si Can I replace JUST the tps? Whats the fix?

I note that at WOT my tps only reads at 90.9%. This may relate to my hesitation problem? Either way I dont think thats right and is probably one of the reasons my Si is doggish.
It looks like the tps is in the throttle body with some wierd screws. I see that to order it you have to replace the ENTIRE throttle body. For that money I will get an aftermarket tb! Any suggestions? Can I remove the screws and replace them. Then adjust the tps till its 100% at WOT?

get a dremel with some of those small cutting disks. then dremel slots into the screws then use your flathead of choice to get them out.
afterwards you can go to lowes and get normal screws/bolts in the dimension required. or if you're lazy like me just use a flathead to screw the ats garage style hella modified screws back into the throttlebody.
I used a TPS from a vx throttle body.
It is also worthy to note that 20oz bottles have larger inlet holes than vx throttlebodies.

what does that mean?
i would reinstall it, but adjusted so it reads 100% at WOT.
