nobody makes one, but you might be able to get one custom made, that would be sick....

the stock spoiler is pretty heavy...

ok i just talked to siebon and kevin at horse power freaks i will be emailing them a picture of the wing tonight and kevin says he will be more than happy to set up a group buy if anyone else is interested in this. siebon also said that one would probably retail for something like 350 to 400 dollars, but a group buy with enough people would bring it down quite a bit

^^ well again if you got enough people the price would come down......

nonvtec....have you looked into getting a Mugen replica made up? I know alot of people want one and if you could maybe get it in CF that would definatly get peoples attention to get in on a group buy. If I had a 4th gen I would, but 5th gen Mugen wings are common enough so Im in luck....

Best of luck getting your wing fabb'd up!

CARBON FIBER IS PLAYED OUT.

Yes, it's true like Altezza / Euro tail lights ---- Carbon Fiber is just as dead.

Yes the nice pattern of 2x1 twill weaves are nice. But the consistency of the material and epoxy resins suck.

How many people have cracked or chipped a CF hood?
How many people have cracked or chipped a CF LIP?

Carbon Fiber OEM spoiler?

Homedepot: 4 feet of carbon fiber/or fiberglass weaved fabric.
1 can of epoxy resin/1 can of hardener
Lay carbon fiber fabric over OEM spoiler.
Add mixture of resins.
Add some more.
Add some some some more.
Buff it like a Vampire Slayer.
Ghetto carbon fiber for less.

Horsepower gain: 40+
Looks: played out.
Cost: $30-150

Overall : Waste of money and Nothing New.

Just take off the OEM spoiler and shave the Holes. Weight Reduciton: 7-10 lbs.

NEXT PROJECT: BUY 100 Sq. Feet of Carbon Fiber Decals. Do my whole car.

werent you banned? and better yet, why arent you banned?

and really dude, you want to start this business....(see other locked thread about his "strut tower bar") yet you act like a straight up ***. First and foremost, I would rather deal with the devil than do business with you. Second, I dont care if you are some hot shot entrapenuer (sp like a ****)....its all about personal choice. If they want a CF hood/trunk/wing/lip let them. Just like you said in your other thread, you dont care what people think, you built the bar for yourself, let them build and design their vehicles themself. What about time and money, I would rather buy a pre fabb'd product from a reputable company than a DIY job. Yes some Jobs come out just fine, but for those who dont want to do the whole trial and error thing (myself included) will buy a pre fabricated piece.

And to top it all off, I think I speak for the site when I say to you, make like a tree and get the f*ck out

and your opinion is noted about CF being played out.

there was a groupbuy on mugen 4th gen cf spoiler awhile back on PO.

but like most other prelude groupbuys........it fell through.

and travis is pretty much spot on. good for you mister preludebbduce where you can make your own stuff.

it just helps everyone else see what REAL quality is compared to your crap.

Personally i like the spoliers on the 5th Gens. But ive never seen an oem carbon fiber one. Something custom from seibon would be badass.
